Participant Cancellations
More than 14 days before the programme
Participants may receive a full refund (less any payment processing fees where applicable) or transfer to another available programme.
7–14 days before the programme
Participants may receive a 50% refund or transfer to another programme, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the programme
Refunds are generally not available. Requests for transfers or substitutions may be considered at our discretion.
Online Courses
Refunds are generally not available once access has been provided to digital learning materials unless required by applicable law.
Cancellation by Leading Learning Gateway
If we cancel or postpone a programme, participants may choose:
- A full refund
- Transfer to another programme
- Credit towards a future programme
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests due to illness or other exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.

We may amend this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
